On August 2 we said our final goodbye to our loyal buddy, Jake. It was a sad day on AfterMath and not one we will easily get over. We rescued Jake from a dog pound in Connecticut over 12 years ago and he was a wonderful part of our family for all of those years. Jake was a gentle giant who brought smiles to everyone he met. We miss him so much. Life on AfterMath will never be quite the same.
So sorry to hear of Jake’s passing. I only knew him briefly but do recall him being very gentle and happy. RIP Jake 💖

Hi John and Debbie: Sharyn and I were so so sorry to learn of your loss. We know Jake was not just a pet but like one of your children. We lost one of our boys- Willy-the day after Memorial Day. He also was a rescue along with his brother Bailey. They turned 12 in April. Willy was born with genetic problem and after major surgery was given 3 to 4 years but he gave us 12 years of joy. He like Jake will be missed but never forgotten as the memories of joy remain. Again we are very sorry to learn of your loss. We will keep you in thoughts and prayers. Jay and Sharyn

Thanks, Jay. And we are sorry for your loss. It is so hard to see a pet go, but oh those years of joy they give us! Say hi to Sharyn for us.
